Thanks so much in advance!
* After that we sprayed it with heavyduty hair spray --to make it a little stiff-- and painted it with any gloss paint to make it shiny. 3 coats usually works and the paint HAS to dry clear.
Rucked up?
*If you mean the shapes and whatnot, cut it into wavy shapes --thinner on the top and wider on the bottom so you can put the ends together-- and crinkle it (before you spray it but after you paint it).
*After it's all dry and you think it looks good, then take any glue (tacky glue works) and glue all of the wide edges together like you are making a cradle. If need be, you might need to add more to make it as full as you need.
